Drinking enough amount of water before the physical activity allows the body to perform properly and preventing dehydration, heat illness and injuries. Although there is no specific amount of water that works for everyone, a clear and pale urine and a lack of thirst are some of the signs that you are drinking enough water. The key there is to keep the fluids accessible, so that there is no excuse to stay hydrated and not to drink water. Keeping a bottle of water with you is very helpful.
Although exercise is essential for physical fitness, it is only part of your battle.
